What's new: ScreenTip that shows names of all task parents

The Task Name column in the Time Logs view shows the names of the tasks, however, tasks are organized hierarchically, and therefore it is important to know the names of their parent tasks as well.

• To see a ScreenTip with names of parent tasks of a time log task, point to the required time log under the Task Name column header.
